IMPLEMENTATION ARRANGEMENTS

• The offer that you automatically receive by e-mail and which you accept as a customer will only be valid once one of our employees has been able to verify the file and has given you an order form to sign.
• An order is only valid and firm after acceptance of the quote and obtaining and confirmation of an inspection date.
• DealAttestation reserves the right to postpone an appointment. You will always be contacted in advance about this.
• After accepting the offer and entering into a binding agreement, it can only be terminated with mutual consent. 
• DealAttestation experts carry out inspections in accordance with applicable protocols established by the authorities.
• The price of inspections is not subject to the required inspection time. The inspection time strongly depends on several parameters such as the condition of the house, the documents/specifications available, etc. The prices indicated concern the total service, namely the visual inspection, the processing of the file, the monitoring of the samples. at the laboratory, follow-up with OVAM and/or other authorities, issuance of the certificate, etc.
• If samples are taken for analysis during the inspection of the property, these will be paid for on site after the inspection.
• Access to a home or private building is only possible in the presence of the owner or his representative.
• The condition for all inspections is that all parts of the building are easily accessible and safe. Our employees have the right to refuse an inspection of any part of the building if this condition is not met.
• The client must provide necessary guidance during the inspection to provide access to all areas/facilities to be inspected.
• The customer must provide sufficient light so that the inspection can be carried out properly.
• For certain (suspected) asbestos applications, the necessary samples must be taken in accordance with the inspection protocol provided by OVAM. If the customer does not authorize such sampling, the material to be inspected will be included as “suspected asbestos” as standard.
• If necessary, those taking the sample will wear a mask and protective clothing.
• Any waiting time of the inspection team, not caused by DealAttestation (Kasper & Kent BV), will be charged €105.00 including VAT. This will be settled on site after inspection.
• Additional inspections and reporting times due to inaccessibility of certain rooms/facilities are not included in the offer price. If an additional inspection must be carried out outside the scheduled inspection time, the services will be invoiced at €105.00 including tax.
• In the event of late cancellation (less than 36 hours before the agreed time), 50 euros excluding tax will be charged.
• All costs related to receiving the necessary information from the municipalities are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included as standard in the offer price.
• As standard, a digital report in PDF format of the inventory is delivered in Dutch.
• DealAttestation (Kasper & Kent BV) guarantees the absolute confidentiality of the information obtained.
